If you set ‘Contextual Date’ option, new task will have due date of current date on ‘Day/Week/Month’ views even if you don’t have ‘Due Date’ option set. Preset Quick Action will work independently of other settings and work as it is set. Other Due Date and Alert related Quick Actions such as ‘Time’ and ‘Day Time’ will set due date and then add alert according to the settings in ‘Settings – New Task – Alert’. Alert will follow according to the settings in ‘Settings – New Task – Alert’. If there is no due date, it’ll be added from current date and time. When you use ‘Relative Time’ Quick Actions, due date and alert will be added same amount to previous value (or current date if passed according to the settings). If you set ‘Start Date’ or ‘Due Date’ on settings, it’ll be automatically set when you add a new task. Reminders app’s data is referred to tasks and Calendars app’s data is shown as calendar events. You can integrate them together or view it in separate sections. When due date is already available with alert and it changes to ‘No Time’, alert will be set to 12:00am. GoodTask shows Apple’s Reminders app’s data and Calendars app’s data in one place. If you don’t want alert to be set for no timed task, choose ‘No Time’. When you set ‘No Timed’ due date, alert time will be set with the second option ‘Alert Time for No Timed Task’.
